Scenario activity

Think of your pupil who has returned to his/her home country or has come from a foreign country and started learning in the school where you work. On the basis of the reading material of chapter 5 and the analysis of best practice from the School Complex in Wohyń (Poland) prepare the following materials for this pupil:

  • A scheme of the diagnosis of psychological and educational conditions of this pupil (e.g. a scheme of an interview with parents, with the pupil and a pupil’s observation sheet, etc.)
  • Individual Adaptation Plan taking into account the tools and working methods learnt along with the actions that can be taken in relations to parents. Include in your Plan the principles, methods and tools you have learnt for individual work with a pupil.

Consult the developed documents with a more experienced teacher (e.g. your supervisor, methodologist). Integrate his/her comments and suggestions for changes.
